Masters Programs for Education

Abromitis Online Learning’s expertise in graduate teacher education programs makes it possible for us to offer you three complete Masters programs, Ready for Adoption:

Learning and Technology
This program is designed for practicing classroom teachers (licensed, private school, alternate route -- all classroom teachers are welcomed). The program is designed to help teachers learn how to integrate pedagogically sound technology into their classrooms. A choice of technology courses is offered, presenting a wide variety of technologies to meet the varied needs of today's teachers. These practical, hands-on classes will have teachers develop technology-based lessons for their classrooms. Your school may choose to offer a 15 credit Certificate program that can then lead to the 36 credit Masters. This makes for a terrific marketing opportunity for you.

Curriculum and Instruction
The objective of the Curriculum and Instruction degree is to provide a Masters level program to complete certification for provisionally licensed teachers. The program balances theory and practice and is project and team oriented, utilizing performance based assessment. This is a full online Masters of Education of 30 credits that could be completed in as little as one year.

Educational Leadership
ELCC Standards are benchmarks in construction of this program, which is designed for practicing teachers. There is an Internship requirement in assigned buildings with the principal serving as mentor (Internship runs concurrently with courses). Student portfolios incorporate completed Internship projects using ELCC criteria. Administrative application of technology is infused in course content and projects. Perform based assessment that connects theory and practice. This is a full online Masters of Education of 30 credits, including a 6 credit internship, that could be completed in as little as one year.
